Shyam Sundar came to Dubai Sports City to oversee the operations of the hospitality divisions of the company. He has an extensive Hospitality background mainly in Food and Beverage. Shyam Has worked in F&B operations both in openings of multi cuisine and specialized restaurants and and setting of the respective kitchens too.
